Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Passports are valid until 31 December 2021, unless specified otherwise. Passports not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
  • Passports are redeemable only via the Epicurean Club, either online or through our customer support team. No change is given on any passport voucher if the redemption value is less than the passport value but any remaining balance may be used against another stay.
  • Passports only include a contribution to food and drink if explicitly stated. Any food and drink spend in addition to the set allocation must be paid for by the guest at the time of checkout.
  • Passports can only be used against stays at Epicurean Collection inns, not for food or drink.
  • Bookings for redemption of Passports must be made in advance; Passports must be mentioned at the time of booking.
  • To redeem a Passport, please book at www.epicurean.club (including your 16 digit Passport code in the voucher box), call us on 020 8161 0100 or, as otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Purchase of a passport is not a guarantee of a reservation.
  • Passports are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
  • Passports can be used for a multiple transactions; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash but can be used for another booking.
  • Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where Passports are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
  • E-Voucher Passports will be attached to an email as a PDF and sent to you on purchase confirmation. Please take care to ensure email address is entered correctly at time of purchase.
  • Please be aware that it is a system generated email and therefore may go to the email recipient's junk or spam email folder. The Epicurean Club Limited accepts no liability should any e-voucher not be received.
  • The term 'Passport' as used in these terms and conditions refers only to passports purchased directly from www.epicurean.club.
  • Should you be unhappy with your Passport, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a full refund provided the Passport if it has not been used (in whole or in part). After those 14 days, refunds will not be provided.
  • To request a refund, please call 020 8161 0100 to report the problem and then post the Passport to The Epicurean Club, Studios C&D, 209 St John's Hill, London SW11 1TH. The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.
  • Guest cancellations of passport bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the pubs and inns within the Epicurean Collection; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Where a Passport has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the passport shall remain valid until used or expired in accordance with these terms.
  • Passports cancelled by customers within 72 hours of arrival, appointment or reservation shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.
  • The Epicurean Club Limited shall not be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation.
  • The Epicurean Club Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
