Bookings for redemption of Experience vouchers and Room Package
vouchers must be selected at the correct rate at the time of
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale, unless
specified otherwise. Vouchers not used within this time will be
forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
Vouchers have no cash value and no change is given on any gift
voucher if the redemption value is less than the voucher
Bookings for redemption of vouchers must be made in advance;
vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion.
Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on stays,
Experiences and meals within the sites of The Epicurean
Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or
replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any
remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher
and will be automatically forfeited.
Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will
pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched
by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and
title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
Postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only.
E-Vouchers will be attached to an email as a PDF and sent to
you on purchase confirmation. Please take care to ensure email
address is entered correctly at time of purchase.
Please be aware that it is a system generated email and
therefore may go to the email recipient's junk or spam email
folder. The Epicurean Club Limited accepts no liability should any
e-voucher not be received.
The term 'voucher' as used in these terms and conditions refers
only to vouchers purchased directly from www.epicurean.club and
includes monetary vouchers, accommodation vouchers, drinks vouchers
and experience day vouchers.
Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to
us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a full refund
provided the voucher has not been used (in whole or in part). After
those 14 days, refunds will not be provided.
To request a refund, please call 020 8161 0100 to report the
problem and then post the voucher to The Epicurean Club, C/O
Addleshaw Goddard Corporate Services, One St Peter's Square,
Manchester, United Kingdom, M2 3DE. The refund would be made to the
card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the
postage and packaging.
Guest cancellations of voucher bookings are subject to the
cancellation policy of the pubs and inns within The Epicurean
Collection and any Experience cancellation terms and conditions;
guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Where a voucher has not
been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher shall
remain valid until used or expired in accordance with these
Vouchers cancelled by customers within 72 hours of arrival,
appointment or reservation shall be forfeited with no right to
refund or exchange.
The Epicurean Club Limited shall not be held liable for any
travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation.
The Epicurean Club Limited reserves the right to amend these
terms and conditions without prior notice.
