Overview

Part traditional British pub, part elegant dining room, The Admiral Codrington is tucked away in the stylish heart of London's most fashionable Chelsea district and is exceptionally well placed for shopping, museum and gallery hopping, or simply exploring the capital's parks and gardens.

When the hustle and bustle gets too much, this elegant establishment offers the perfect refuge: whether you simply want to enjoy a quiet pint of Cask Marque ale, a quick bite to eat (the bar snacks are legendary) or a casual lunch.

For more refined dining, there is a superb menu of sophisticated dishes and an intimate dining room upstairs, complete with its own discrete entrance, that can be used for private soirees. The heated beer garden is equipped with an all-weather awning, so it can be enjoyed any time of year, come rain or shine.

Restaurant & bar

For great food in the heart of one of London's most exclusive retail and cultural precincts, look no further than The Ad Cod's award-winning restaurant and bar. Whether you're after a casual pub lunch, a reviving bar snack (to fuel you for more shopping) or an elegant dinner, it offers beloved British classics alongside more modern and creative dishes.

The pub is renowned for its gourmet burgers and the kitchen is open significantly longer than many other pubs (up until 11pm, Thursdays to Saturdays), so you won't miss out if you've been to the theatre or a concert first.

If it's a quiet drink you fancy or somewhere to catch up with friends, this handsome dark wood bar offers a wide range of ales, wines, cocktails, fine whiskies - and the bar's signature Bloody Mary - to help you unwind. A heated garden is also available all year round for outdoor drinks and cigars.

Private dining

The sophisticated Navarino Dining Room, hidden away upstairs, offers elegant private dining for up to 22 seated guests, or up to 60 for drinks and canapés, making it perfect for a private dinner, event or meeting in Chelsea. The discreet entrance ensures you and your guests don't have to walk through the pub, so you can enjoy the utmost privacy.
